Our Policies

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please take a moment to review the following policies:

1. Booking Deposit: A £35 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit covers part of your service cost, and the remaining balance is due after we approve the final style before you leave our chair.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows: If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit.

• In the event of a no-show, £15 of the deposit will be nonrefundable to cover lost time and preparation. The remaining balance can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

• There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which you will be asked to reschedule. If you are consistently late, we may need to stop attending to you.

3. Respectful Environment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness, aggression, or violence. We strive to create a safe, welcoming space for everyone and appreciate the same in return.

4. Photography: We love showcasing our work and often take photos of finished styles for our social media. If you prefer not to have your photo taken or shared, please let us know - your comfort comes first.

5. In-Chair Adjustments: Please ensure you're happy with your style before leaving the chair. Any necessary adjustments must be made during your appointment, as changes cannot be made after the session ends.

6. Client Feedback: We truly value your experience and are always striving to improve our services. Your feedback is welcome and appreciated, whether it's a compliment, suggestion, or concern. Please don't hesitate to share your thoughts with us-your input helps us grow and serve you better.

7. Guests: Due to our services being intimate and in a small space, we do not allow any extra guests. Moms with babies under 12months are welcome to bring them along.
